"#Blackberry" charges "# Facebook", "#Watchback" and "#Stagram" ... and the secret

Blackberry has filed a lawsuit against Facebook, Watsab and Instagram for violating intellectual property rights.

Blackberry accuses Facebook and its three proprietary applications of violating intellectual property rights for instant messaging and direct messaging.

The company said in a lawsuit, according to the site, "CNET" technical specialist, that "Facebook" has developed their own chat applications, based on the exclusive technology of the devices, "BlackBerry."

"We have resorted to judging Facebook and its applications, after years of dialogue," said Sarah McKinney, a spokeswoman for BlackBerry.

She continued:

"We had to sue Facebook, in order to protect the rights of our shareholders."

Facebook has not made any comments on the lawsuit, nor has it been accused of violating intellectual property rights for Blackberry.
