We'll see how well this goes over. I have a suspicion that the prosecutes in question will be slow to go after people who are only using and not selling. I think the idea of a supreme court case pitting the state against the Federal Government is not something they will take lightly, but again, we'll see.
What really needs to happen is for people to realize they can nullify these laws in the jury box. Caught him on camera with a pound of weed? Not guilty because it's not a crime. Simple as that.
