As much as I agree with you about how sick and disgusting this is, I think it's a lot harder to take down major crime sydicates in charge of all of this than you make it seem.
Sure its hard ! Who is saying the contrary ? I am not certainly, but I do see that if they can arrest this high ranking official for having a personal collection of kiddy porn !! You can bet yur life that those " people " who believe you me go a lot further in their depraved actions will be under investigation !! Usually the culprits have or are connected to influential people and organisations that can make this stuff go away, so it is indeed impressive when one gets fully prosecuted, but then again - maybe the way to give the impression that the problem is being solved is to throw a lamb to the wolves occasionally. When people think a problem is getting handled they often reduce their efforts on it.

It´s good to know these people are being faught against. My doubt is: it is the government who charges them. How can one be sure it is not just one faction of the thugs throwing the weight of the state on another faction ?
