well to carry a phone is a choice but not obligation ! this is body tagging if indeed it is as their is ofcourse no offcial statement as yet ! But my understanding is that this purge is being kept very low level to reduce say a reprisal from the cabal ! I feel there is something big underway and I just pray it is what i think it is )
