Another banking scandal what a surprise. In the UK there has been scandals around credit card over limit fees (now limited), scandals around unauthorised overdraft fees (now limited), scandals around high pressure selling of PPI insurance ( now being refunded costing banks a fortune), as well as illegal sanctions busting transactions and trading and illegal funding during the 2007 crisis. It seems banks find it very difficult to operate legally or ethically!

yep and because there the bank they dont get into any trouble...the justice system is for people who can afford it like the bank and the government anyone else that cant afford it will be sent away for life

I would normally agree but several top ranking Barclays executives are about to go on trial (including the former CEO) for illegal funding during the financial crisis!
