The research triangle in North Carolina (raleigh/durham/chapel hill) seems absolutely perfect. It has a strong tech community, lots of open space, affordable and great quality of living. It's also one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

I would not be surprised to see it here... then again, perhaps another state has more incentive to offer some kind of tax relief to get the HQ.
