"Before naming a child, you should consult the government" --> This sounds not unusual, since in Germany you cannot name your child as you like. It must be a registered or common name. This is not really surprising since with signing the birth certificate you gave the government the rights over your child. Everything belongs to the state, also we people. Sad but true!
