I remember back in the day Police officers had had to pass a bevy of test to be hired and when my brother applied to the force each family member had to submit a document giving their opinion of him before he could even be considered. I told the truth that I didn't think he would be a good police officer. He was 7 degrees black belt and well disciplined, he could speak many languages and had a weird genius about himself. I love my brother but he had changed he stayed to himself all the time didn't go out. laying around his room not like himself at all. This lasted about 6 months. I told the truth on that form and they did not hire him. It wasn't long after that that he flipped completely out and turned out to be schizophrenic. Something in me knew I needed to be honest because I knew peoples lives depended on that. I don't know if you still have the scrutiny to be an officer but if so then somebody is not being honest.
