Very strange indeed. I don't know if there is any relation, but look at this video if you can find any similarities to your observation. Maybe it's an explanation...video is only 6 mins long...
Someone asked me if i thought it was a drone but its going to fast and the other object you can only catch in slow-mo. Drones starting the cali wild fires i heard it was lasers but i tgink the drones is more plausable. Great video thanks.
