Why does this Samsung Satellite have a Balloon attached to it? I thought Satellites orbited the Earth. What are your thoughts on this.

I hope you see the value in this information and how with just a little critical thinking and common sense you can see the lie. Remember NASA receives about 66 MILLION a day if you average out the whole year. Are they sending these balloon satellites up too? I was taught in school that satellites orbit the earth, after watching this, we all should be a little skeptical, don't ya think?
