Errr.... Not exactly decentralized. The IPFS content is decentralized but the index to it (d.tube) is centralized. As long as there are mirrors and backups, we have a little more protection, but that same protection could be applied to infowars.com by mirroring it, just as thepiratebay.whatever does it. A DDOS attack on d.tube would have the same censorship effect. The one thing that would save us all is open source licensing and the ability to mirror the site, but the database that contains the index to all the content is always at risk.
