FAIR is anti-immigration propaganda. The fact that none of these numbers are negative is a pretty clear indication that they are counting strictly the negative impacts and not the economically beneficial ones. More than one of these states has strong employment, heavy use of low cost migrant labor, and low expenditures on social services for undocumented. Combine that with the fact that many undocumented workers actually pay into social security and taxes generally without being able to reap refunds or crucial benefits, and have lower rates of crime than similar income groups among the citizenry, and those states should clearly have an net beneficial impact from illegal immigration.
