I think if you are to be a cop, your job is to protect and serve, regardless of pay. Many jobs require people to go above and beyond what their duties are. Yeah, it sucks, but it happens. For example sometimes I had to stay overtime to make sure the company turned in the project on time.
If people are afraid of getting shot, they shouldn't be police officers.
Thats ridiculous. They know what they are signing up for. Maybe they shouldnt take the job if they arent going to do it right
