Naku, tita! We're the first country to have a train in Asia. Our line opened in 1891. But look at Japan. Now, they have a bullet train. What happened to us? I really hope that President Duterte's project will be implemented already and not be blocked by some greedy politicians. From what I've heard, Japan even offered to help fix and fortify our roads but some officials refused because it's costly. They prefer to annually fix the road for the annual budget release. It's saddening.
