I still think there's plenty of room for human bartenders, for one; creativity outside of what is programmed is still hard for robots. The other thing is the human interaction/flirting/conversing with a bartender. Third there's a certain aesthetic/vibe that disappears when you replace humans with robots. So I think we'll see room for both, where robots will go from a novelty, to becoming cheap spots to get drinks (due to lower labor costs) and then we'll have a mix of places with low end and high end bartenders that attracts a premium.

Robots seem more like a soda-fountain or something.
Thank you lassep for your honest opinion. I believe also that there will be a next thing that will also replace robots
What do you think that would be?
