Huawei is taking the US government to court for its unconstitutional restrictions .
Huawei said that the US government has been smearing Huawei, but has never provided any evidence to support its allegations that Huawei threatens cybersecurity. In the absence of an opportunity for Huawei to defend, the US government imposed a comprehensive restriction on Huawei, which not only prevented Huawei from providing quality services to US customers, but also damaged Huawei's reputation.
