Good post matey.
What they often miss is that because capitalism requires property rights it makes your labor your property which you're free to sell to the highest bidder. In a socialist system where private property and profit are illegal, you're reduced to a slave.
Property right are the cornerstone of everything - and one they have no philosophical argument against.
Unless they concede the point they are not their own property of course....
...and how does that work exactly, in the mind of the sane man..?
This is a point socialism advocates glaze over. For example, in the US schools are part of the Common Core curriculum which makes it the states responsibility to educate your children and trumps parents rights to educate their own children. Crazy! You don't even have a say in what your kid learns. Sounds like brainwashing to me. Perhaps I'll do a post about that.
Hillary Clinton even said in her book It Takes A Village,
"I believe the primary role of the state is to teach, train, and raise children. Parents have a secondary role."
How insane is that?
They have to glaze over , for to concede it, would be to destroy everything that they fundamentally advocate.
