Boy in viral hug photo missing after family's SUV plunges off California cliff

Devonte Hart initially got consideration in the "embrace felt 'round the world."

The dark youth, with tears gushing down his face, was caught in a viral photograph in 2014 sticking to the shoulders of a white cop at a Portland, Oregon, challenge.

It turned into a symbolic minute amid national mobilizes that shook the nation after a great jury picked not to prosecute a white cop in the killing of Michael Brown, a dark young person in Ferguson, Missouri.

Devonte, 15, and two of his sisters stayed missing Thursday — three days after the SUV they were riding in with their folks and three different kin dove off a precipice on Highway 1 in Mendocino County, police said.

A bystander revealed the 2003 GMC SUV was topsy turvy off a bank. Police said the auto fell in regards to 100 feet, arriving on the rough shoreline along the Pacific Ocean.
