First off all crypto currency is backed up by empty air. Normal currency backed up by gold reserve that been out sold and lended many times over its value. Crypto currency it self is harder to manipulate, black market and black money does not exist in a system that register all transactions. Security in crypto currency, according to some news 45% of all bitcoins is hacked. There is very few laws that protect against hacked / robed crypto currencies, but if you do the same with real money you will be hit by many laws. You can not use crypto currency as a countries main currency when it is not regulated by the countries central financial organisations and politics. What if USA only used bitcoin and not USD. Would be bankrupt for years ago..
