The Phoenix police department does! this guy sounds like an 80 IQ mouth breather! Check out my youtube channel for my last few uploads I have a few more vidoes form the same night! I have body cam footage of them joking about running people over with bulldozers, as well as video of them laughing at a woman's cries for help as shes being arrested!
