I have been eating less and less meat every time. Where I lunch during the week there's always a vegetarian plate and that is my choice at least 4 times a week.
Don't. Meat is good for you. Everything in excess is bad but don't listen to the "green-house gas" garbage. It's been de-bunked many times. Lord Monckton is a good authority on this, you should check out his YT page!! Then if you still want you can go back to eating soy-burgers or whatever ;)
So it's spiritual then? I can respect that! ;)
