The Story!

18/10/2016

In the small town of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, vandals have fought back against injustices inflicted upon them by the man by trashing a learning institution that only tries to help them and others. They must sleep well in their taxpayer funded housing.

What happened?

The so called catalyst for this anti-social behavior (like they need a reason)  occurred in August of 2016 when Elijah Doughty a local 14 year old local aboriginal boy and thief was hit by a car while riding an "allegedly" stolen motorcycle.

The man who "allegedly" hit the boy has been charged with manslaughter and the local community needs someone to blame for his death. Of course its not the boys fault he was killed while in the commission of a crime, so the obvious person to blame is the man who hit him, but he has already been charged, so the next the victim in the never-ending circle of blame is the government than finally the truly innocent people who have to live in the same town with these lunatics.

I'm not a big fan of the government, in fact i hate all politicians except for one who has the lady balls to stand up to the PC whipped government and their cronies. But what i hate even more is people who can't take responsibility for themselves or their spawn and through the power of fucked up logic and a spineless government, the real victims suffer.

So who are the victims in this scenario, well the man who hit the boy is the main victim who is facing some serious jail time and the medias coverage of the "innocent" 14 year old victim will ensure the already biased court system will come down hard on the poor man. The next victims are the other students who attend the school that was trashed because as everyone should know by now, if something doesn't go your way you should riot in the street like a bunch of neanderthals (maybe that is being disrespectful to them, they had logic and reason) and trash anything that isn't yours, because what the hell if you don't go to school nobody else should be able to enjoy it either. The people who have to live in the same town are victims as well who are to afraid to speak out against the perpetrators from fear of reprisals and who have to live in fear in their owns homes that at any moment they could be assaulted, their property stolen or trashed and being called a racist.

Why does this happen?

The court system is a big part of the problem, for every criminal they lock away to be fed and sheltered by the taxpayer, they create dozens more by enforcing punishment when criminals start at a young age. The young offenders act is bullshit and guarantees that young people will continue to commit crimes because there is no deterrent and the innocents are told to rely on the government to protect the from the criminals they create.

Even when justice (if you can call it that) does work, they are locked (I'm using that work strongly) in a juvenile facility that based on people i've talked to who have been there is better than the average young persons home. They have massive TVs, video games and three square meals a day, which makes many of them continue to commit crimes after they get out in order to go back there.

I used to work at a local youth center and can tell you first hand that the so called "reason" young people commit crime is because they are... get ready for this ...bored. Have you ever heard a bigger load of shit in your life except from a politicians mouth, anyway enough politician talk. So to help these young criminals alleviate their boredom skate-parks, sports events and other expensive events were organised, the expenses covered by the local council which is turn is covered by the taxpayer. So with all these events the town, based on previous logic should of have zero to little crime, do you want to know what happened next these "bored" young criminals stole all the sporting equipment so the sports could no longer be played and were eventually done away with all together and the skate park was burnt down twice before being rebuilt with cement.

The solution!

The solution to the problem is simple to me but implementing it will never happen. Young people who commit crimes need to be not handled with kid gloves and instead face punishment similar to what grown ups would face in big boy prison. They should be made to scrub graffiti, pick up rubbish and contribute some way to the society they snub their nose at while they are in detention. This may not be a complete deterrent to some of them but at least they will know if they commit crime they will be made pay in some way for it. The courts current way of handling today's criminals is a giant middle finger to the rest of the law abiding citizens they are supposed to protect as we can no longer protect ourselves without facing criminal prosecution.

Conclusion!

I was a young person once not to long ago and sure enough i got bored after school and if i knew that meant i had a free pass to go out and commit crime i would still not have done it because i am not a criminal and i take full responsibility for any and all actions on my behalf.

Anyway that is my rant for today. If you are still here thanks for reading, if you have a different opinion leave a comment, if you agree with me leave a comment. You don't have to if you don't want to. Don't leave a comment if you are not willing to have a conversation about the issue.

Thanks.
