The United States Department of State ordered Thursday the departure of Venezuela from relatives of its personnel in the embassy of Caracas, three days before the elections to elect the members of the Constituent Assembly convened by President Nicolas Mature.
The US government also reported that it authorized the voluntary departure of its personnel in the capital of the Latin American nation , shaken by a serious political and social crisis since the beginning of April.
In a travel warning, the State Department justified this decision by the "riot s social", "violent crimes" and "widespread food and medicine" is missing in that country .
"The political and security situation in Venezuela is unpredictable and can change rapidly," the statement said.

And he adds that "indiscriminate violent crime is endemic throughout the country and can occur anywhere and at any time."
This news is known a day after the White House announced a new round of sanctions against senior Venezuelan officials , on this occasion 13 related to the election to the Constituent Assembly, the repression of protests in recent months and the handling of Key areas of the economy.

This Thursday the government of Venezuela decreed the prohibition of demonstrations and protests in the face of the elections of Sunday.
Venezuelan Interior Minister Néstor Reverol said in a televised message that those who organize, instigate and participate in marches or similar events to protest against the vote will receive sentences ranging from 5 to 10 years in prison.

In the afternoon of Thursday, opposition MP Jorge Millán said that the so-called "Toma de Venezuela" will begin at 12:30 PM on Friday and will last for three days.
