This is crazy. Every 4 or so years Canada has TOO MUCH water and opens their dams and floods the s$#@ out of north dakota. I dont have a problem with that as I believe only idiots build in flood plains. It literally rains every other day in Vancouver. For the love of god whoever says canada is running out of water is either a liar or an ignorant stooge.
