Hello guys, @osigbhemeh here with the preview of the outstanding matches in the gameweek #36 of the English Premier League.

The Premier League ends on Sunday as Manchester City will be crowned Premier League champions for the 2017/2018 season. Also, the race for the champions league spot between Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea is heating up. While the relegation battle between Stoke City, West Brom and Swansea will be decided on Sunday. Southampton defeated Swansea yesterday to move from 18th to 16th in the Premier League and need just a draw to remain in the championship.

Chelsea's last home game of the season will be between them and Huddersfield in a must win match to pile more pressure on both Liverpool and Tottenham. Should Tottenham lose against Newcastle at the Wembley stadium, they will be one point behind Chelsea and the Champions League zone. Chelsea have shown consistency and a winning mentality since last month and it was evident against Liverpool last weekend. Liverpool on the hand have just one game to play on Sunday, should they lose that match and Tottenham and Chelsea record victories in their remaining fixtures, the Reds will miss out on the Champions League spot.

Premier league champions Manchester City will welcome Brighton to the Etihad stadium while Arsenal travel to the King Power stadium to take on Leicester City who are yet to win a match in their last five Premier League fixtures.
