Step 1: Convert STEEM or SBD to any Crypto in Coinbase. e.g. BTC, LTC, ETH, etc.
Step 2: Convert BTC ot LTC into EURO or USD or British Pound.
Step-3: Coinbase can send banking transactions to EU Bank. I hope the same is possible with Pakistani Bank. You can have EURO account in most Pakistani Banks...
