...as long as you listed to the DNC approved press, that is.

Obama's character has been criticized several time for weakness and dishonesty

member of a church where "God Damn America" was the the theme for 20 years
a failure to understand the office of President prior to the election - "The Constitution prevented him from 'doing good'"
his contempt for bipartisan cooperation - "elections have consequences, we won"
a failure to understand the office of President prior to the election - his vow to "stand with" people other than Americans
his dishonesty in failing to acknowledge Islamic terror in the multiple attacks throughout his term
his cynical attempts to memory-hole Islamic terror by calling for gun control in the wake of terror ttacks
his multiple lies in supporting obamacare - "you can keep your doctor"
his protection of Eric Holder in the case of his administration in proving weapons to nacro-terror cartels
he ran off to a fund-raiser while Americans were under attack in Bengahzi, despite his knowledge of the attack
his off camera promise to Putin for "more flexibility" after the 2012 election
his subsequent failure to uphold the Budapest Memorandum, in the the United States promised to protect Ukrainian sovereignty against the Russians
his effort to assist the 7th century religious madmen in Iran in creating nuclear weapons

This is the short list, by the way.

There was indeed plenty of criticism of Obama's character; criticism that was never acknowledged by the same press that got approval for it's stories from the Democratic National Committee...criticism that was never acknowledged by the same press that didn't say a word when Obama's administration spied on them.
