The premise of emminant domain was established to assure the people could preserve land and protect themselves from land grabs...but lobbyist and curropt corporations made a case for oil and jobs...when too few understood what happened and what powers it grants citizens. Instead shifted in court in favor of financial support systems and not the countries foundations...we still have time to take this back.
