Since the beginning of 2016, the National Assembly was underused as a political instrument to wrestle an institutional clash for anti-Chavism, as a local proxy of US interests, which would result in the long-awaited coup against Maduro, but at the same time it has been the basis for installing a kind of parallel government, promote a military insurrection and financial blockade to Venezuela.
