Geoengineering is well known and irrefutable, some companies such as weathermodification.com are purposing commercial services for cloud seeding which includes augmenting snowfall, enhancing rainfall, and dispersing fog.
I've met a biologist in Columbia which studied the impact chemtrail (geoengineering to improve banana plantation growth) has on his natural park and animals and also the ecosystem in general. The effect of chemtrails on the environment is alarming, it disturb the whole ecosystem and pollute public water. It also drain humidity in the atmosphere which cause banana plantations to depend on theses costly services.
I think that this tech is great for occasional event but very bad for the environment and not efficient to increase vegetable production.
Geoengineering should IMHO be limited to govs and/or regulated and taxed such as Carbon.
