True to form for government agencies, the database is crude and doesn't sort by any useful methods. its been a needle hunt but too fascinating not to do.

Project stargate is bigger then RV imo , and these projects are often compartmentalized with different groups thinking they are the main/only one. To release declassified docs claiming to be representing project stargate is a form of misinfo in itself i guess..
Im pretty convinced these projects represent the edge of a lot more disturbing black budget projects and there are lots of fascinating people (like the new mj12) around these programs with deeper knowledge/connections to the real special access programs , secret space tech, mkultra's modern version etc.
1 note, I personally would be sandboxing pdf's using a virtual machine or something because malware can be installed by exploiting bugs in most pdf readers these days.. I cant trust the cia/nsa not to be backdooring releases, snowden leaks show they can selectively hijack connections and insert pdf malware on the fly now. A huge pdf trove being dug through by truthers would be a tempting target.

Qubes is a high security Linux distribution that takes sand-boxing to a whole new level. It puts a sandbox in a bunker and it will burn the whole thing to the ground when you are done. It can also route ALL your external network traffic through TOR if that makes you feel good.
It is all open source and free. I admit, I am having some difficulty getting it to install properly but it is in rapid development and not all weirdness has been vanquished.

Wow... amazing comment. They actually did record project star gate under several names including Sun Streak. I didn't want to muddy the waters so I didn't zero in on that point but I'm glad you brought it up. And yes star gate was a lot more than RV. Even Uri geller was involved at one point
Further, I didn't pull any of these PDFs on my own tech for the very reason you stated. I would not put it past Those agencies to do just that.
I'm convinced as of this upload that the rabbit hole goes further than I ever dreamed, and man can I dream.
With modern mkultra there are some recent interesting patents released that discuss how to affect human minds through computer monitors. Tellin ya, I can't make this crap up, life is definitely stranger than fiction

The ideas on affecting minds through monitors are interesting, I had seen a lot of interesting research years ago about using certain frequency ranges to emphasize/trigger an emotional response during key parts of media (potentially to make the subconscious "pay attention" to triggers and subliminals etc).
This stuff fascinates me. And what's trippier is that this is just what they publicly admit and share years and years after the fact - this won't even be anywhere near a complete picture of what they were up to back then let alone after decades of "improvements" to technique and technology.

BTW, I discovered there are a few references to the Black Knight satellite throughout these papers as well. Just newspaper clippings from the time that they saved and classified, but it proves it was real and of interest to them.

Ah, I tried to search that but I couldn't narrow the terms enough to find any references, and there were just so many files on Russian everything space related.
