According to the national institute of health milk, fortified foods etc. covers deficient the vitamin D. It has stage older people can suffer from diseases accordingly. Basically, in order for Indoor people, it’s very high risk. On the other hand, UK people are at high risk of vitamin D. Finally need to more aware of it & take necessary action in this regard.
