I have been watching videos from OANN on YouTube for quite some time now and some of these videos are really interesting. I was looking it up, and a lot of people say this network is a very far right-winged news network that is very pro-Trump and anti-everything else.
From what I've seen, they do call out Trump on his bullshit, but there really isn't that much bullshit that they report on. They talk about the Trump-Russia probe and all of that, but they only needed to talk about it once because it turned out there was never really any evidence that Trump ever colluded with Russia.
Additionally, they talk about what's relevant today. Like the many things that the Democrats did not stand for during the State of the Union address yesterday. Let's take a look and see.
I really thought that more Democrats would have stood up to see that the unemployment rate was down or that they would at least stand for God or the American Flag.
I was especially infuriated when I didn't see a lot of Democrats standing up when Trump talked about helping terminally ill patients. That was a really low blow to me. I had brain cancer when I was 13. My grandfather died of brain cancer when I was 15. My uncle died of lung cancer when I was 18. Those are just my immediate family members. I know at least a dozen more who passed away or who were affected by family members who have recently passed on. How could you not stand if you've felt the pain of slowly losing a loved one and there is nothing you can do about it? It's heartbreaking, to say the least. Hillary Clinton called Republicans a basket of deplorables? I certainly saw a lot of deplorables during the State of the Union address, but they weren't Republicans.
These Democrats couldn't agree on a fully secure border, which both Obama and Clinton voted in favor of in 2006. They didn't stand for merit-based immigration. Democrats would rather let everybody into the country and wait until they blow up a bomb at the Boston Marathon to start investigated them.
Don't forget about the military though. While regular people would rather keep our military plans hidden from other countries, Democrats would rather broadcast our plans to the world and just hope that it works. It's like saying that you're going to move your rook to knock down their queen and then hoping they aren't going to move their pieces to put you at a disadvantage. Really smart.
The Democrats won't stand for lifting Americans out of poverty. If they stay in poverty, they wouldn't be able to get out of their opioid addictions or anything like that. Democrats would rather let everybody keep taking opioids and die. It's one of their modes of population control. They funded Planned Parenthood sterilize black people. It wasn't as blatant as Hitler when he was killing as many Jews as he could, but it seems like people are finally starting to realize what they've been doing.
I was really confused when they didn't want to stand when Trump was talking about giving 1.8 million Dreamers a path to citizenship. I mean, read this excerpt from a leaked memo made by a Hillary Clinton aide.
"If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond. In short, the next few weeks will tell us a lot about the Democratic Party and its long-term electoral prospects."
And then I was showed this. A statement made by the RNC spokesman Michael Ahrens to newsweek a couple weeks ago.
"Less than 5 years ago, every single Democrat in the Senate voted to double the length of a border fence, double the number of border agents, end the diversity visa lottery, and create a ‘merit-based’ visa system. But now those same Democrats would rather score political points with their far-left base than make a bipartisan deal on DACA.”
It seems that these Democrats aren't at all doing anything for the American people, but their goals are rooted in greed for money and power. They never really cared about the dreamers. They only cared about the votes that they could get them. Now, the only thing they really care about is opposing Trump, whether he is right or wrong. There isn't any bipartisanship going on between the Republicans and Democrats because the Democrats refuse to work with anyone to make any kind of progress. They want to stunt Trump's presidency and if he fails, they'll say it's his fault. If he succeeds, they'll say it's because of them. Thus leading to the final quote.This is directly from the video I posted above and it clearly reiterates the point of this whole post.
"75% of people who watched the speech last night loved it including 72% of independents and 43% of Democrats 8 out of 10 people according to a CBS poll felt that President Trump was trying to unite the country not divide it. Democrats couldn't even clap for that because they don't have a platform to offer the American people other than hating Donald Trump."
My fellow Americans? No. My fellow humans, lets work together to not just make America great, but this entire world. Why can't we all just get along?
