Ten kids have been expelled from a home in Northern California, where police say they were tormented and living in "ghastly" conditions.
The examination started March 31 after police brought a 12-year-old who was accounted for missing back to a house in the 2200 piece of Fieldstone Court in Fairfield, Calif., around 46 miles upper east of San Francisco. The kid had been snoozing under a bramble in the yard of an adjacent home, as per a police explanation on Monday.
After entering the living arrangement of Ina Rogers, police found that nine of her other youngsters, going in age from 4 months to 11 years, were living in "perilous and unsanitary" filthiness.
