And...as we say here in Arkansas, fixin to get worse quick. They've already passed a codicil to the NDAA (which already gives the president almost unlimited power) about "online terrorism." Unfortunately for us, terrorism is whatever they say it is at any given time. I for one won't give up without a fight...I'll convert all my play money on here into postage stamps if I have to lol!

i'm definitely right about this. it depends now on how badly a majority or significant minority wants to not be slaves. We the People must claim our authority over the servants of We the People, or we will be ruled by our representatives. i do not consent.
this was settled in Marbury vs. Madison which declared that: Congress cannot pass laws that are contrary to the Constitution.
