As an American citizen, it kinda pisses me off that a) this is even being contemplated. Warrantless surveillance is plain wrong; and b) that I hear about this from RT =p
In my lifetime the USG has gone from being perceived (whether it actually ever was or not) as the strongest defender of my privacy and civil rights, to the worst threat to them.
