'This is clearly a life-threatening situation' – Florida Governor on Irma approaching Miami

Florida Governor Rick Scott on Saturday told people that have been ordered to evacuate that now is the time to go. Speaking to reporters, Scott said this is the last chance they will have to make a good decision. Millions of people will see life-threatening winds and storm surge as Hurricane Irma approaches the state, the governor said.
