A couple of things that just don't add up.
- CrowdStrike seem to conclude that it was Russia behind the hack based on:
"Falcon had detected malicious software, or malware, that was stealing data and sending it to the same servers that had been used in a 2015 attack on the German Bundestag.: "
Well ether CrowdStrike is making stuff up to fit the narrative of the client or they are the arm of the intelligence agencies since they have the access to the technical information that was used in the attack on the German Bundestag.
- If they're the arm of intelligence agencies how can we trust the conclusions anyway considering their track record of late on the matter of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, passenger jet downed in Ukraine, use of chemical weapons by Assad and the list goes on.
Forgive me for sounding skeptical.
