The difficult situation that my country is experiencing today is a consequence of the errors of Chavismo.

From a certain point, the struggles between Chavismo and opposition began since Hugo Chávez came to power (February 2, 1999). Although, nevertheless, the president had the ability to handle the crises that still was not as hard as that of today and his political enemies, something that his successor, Nicolás Maduro, has not achieved. Since he ascended to power (2013) the mandate of Nicolás Maduro has been controversial. His government has been characterized by improvisation and by not being up to the demands of citizens. With an additional problem: it has no electoral power. And it is at this point that the current crisis is born.

In December 2015, when Chavismo suffered the worst defeat in its history and the opposition became a majority in the National Assembly, Maduro's administration became radicalized. "Nicolás Maduro has not only persecuted dissidents and opponents, as Chávez himself did in his lifetime, the current president went further instrumentalizing the economic crisis. It has cornered the media detractors of its government using the shortage of inputs and fines, forcing them to close or sell. Maduro has completely limited the communication spaces of the opposition and added to the refusal to provide official data, it is not known what is the true dimension of the crisis in the neighboring country. Since then this regime of corrupt and dirty government has sunk more and more into poverty in our beautiful country, medicines, food, cash is very scarce, resold products are at high costs, not all can afford, the minimum salary is about $ 3 which is not enough to buy anything, to be able to move around the country's cities is almost impossible thanks to the high costs of damaging some public transport unit is almost impossible to fix and prefer the owners take it out of operation, since the pieces are not available, and many factors that influence, there is no security in Venezuela you can not go out with your cell phone quietly without thinking about being stolen or killed for trying not to, This has led Venezuelans to seek better futures in other countries and leave their land in order to earn a little more money, which they can afford to pay for their expenses. They have to abandon their families, with great sadness, unable to do anything. But our beloved president does not do anything but fills his hands with money while the people are dying of hunger, this is just a small paragraph that I want to share with you, so you know a little of what I live every day here, thanks .
