I was just about to go to sleep when I received a notification from my RT news app informing me that Jill Stein has raised four and a half million dollars and is demanding a recount.
It turns out that Donald Trump hasn't actually won yet.
Trump has won 290 Electoral College votes so far. Clinton has 232. Michigan's 16 votes are still unawarded. Michigan remains too close to call. If the results in both Wisconsin (10 Electoral College votes) and Pennsylvania (20 votes), in addition to winning Michigan's 16; then Hillary Clinton would win the Electoral College vote, and the presidency.
Russia are once again under attack, being accused of hacking into voting machines to effect the results. This is beyond ridiculous. I still hadn't made my mind up about Trump, but the fact that these fuckers are still trying to bring him down makes me think that maybe he really is a problem for the establishment after all.

Yes, that's what we were told. But, clearly this changes things. She could make some speech about how the American people have spoken through their protesting and so she will jump back in the race for a recount.
It's a fantasy possibility, and really would be the only thing that could make 2016 more bizarre. So it might happen.
That's certainly true. I'm just confused about how this could even be considered given the Wikileaks revelations. I was under the impression that everyone knew how much of a criminal at this point. I worry for America and for so many other parts of the world if she does end up worming her way into the oval office.
I don't know, my smartest, most objective friend, a friend of 40 years, refuses to believe anything in Wikileaks about Clinton. It's like a drug addiction. They just can't face the problem. I was a "Never Trump" before he announced, but knowing what I know, I'm even more "never Clinton". But seeing the denial and the support for that denial by the press, I'm a little less "Never Trump".
It's the Contrarian in me. I'm for whoever is hated the most by the Elites. Even Johnson is not as hated as Trump.
I wish that I were able to doubt the veracity of the dumps. Unfortunately, it even seems to me that this election recount could just be a distraction from pizzagate. I don't know..
I think this is more a distraction. Keep the circus going a little bit longer. Distract people from Pizzagate, and keep people thinking that they will steal it from Trump. A lot of criticism towards Trumps cabinet, many people thinking he's been a puppet along . That's how I feel this is being played out. However, time will tell.
I think you may be right about it being a distraction from pizzagate. This could bring the lot of down if enough people know about it and decide to act on it.
Yeah man it really could. I'm starting to see a lot of people who are having trouble coming to terms with all of this, in a good way though. Lets just say the term 'conspiracy theorist' is losing its punch.
