If you're following the advice of the CDC and avoiding all romaine lettuce, then you might want to take a look at the alerts about turkey and beef contamination, as they are, in my opinion, much more concerning. Also, A large cattle farm may have caused the romaine lettuce E. Coli outbreak to begin with.
