RE: What would you change if you had only 6 months - to live?

in #news8 months ago

It's getting crazy for sure. Today here they announced changes to zoning laws on parking to try and increase housing. Developers now can count available parking up to one half mile from whatever it is they are building, it use to be three hundred feet. Can you imagine trying to carry your groceries home from half a mile away. It can now be officially changed from 15 minute walkable community to 15 minute burdensome city.

You back in Poland again hanging out at the farm or still in Britain, I think that's where you said your mom lived. I got a kick out of the Easter bunny video. I see that a lot, it's changed quite a bit over the last several years, even the Israeli and middle eastern news sites pretty much run down the same talking points now.

Sort:

Poland, will cover my UK trip later today, shocking to say the least.

1 city in Australia I think it was just announced you need a QR code to enter or leave, can I say yet "told ya so?"

I thought it was bad when one morning going into a major retailer, they had a soda dispensing machine, I stood in front of it trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. I had already paid at the register to get the cup, they never mentioned you needed a QR code to get the machine to work. I told the lady I don't have internet on my phone because I'd be blogging everywhere I went, she told me to go get a soda out of the cooler by the registers. Thankfully I never had Australia on my bucket list, probably won't get through the list anyway, but... Be interesting to hear what you say about the UK after having been gone for all those years.

Soon dear lady soon.
