great as usual, but Jesus Wept - nukes against a cyberattack. A cyberattack typically aims for one or more INDIVIDUAL targets. A nuke wipes out everyone in the area, including people who have nothing to do with the attack. Just, wow, that this is something they have even considered in passing is horrific and non-nonsensical.

Yes, I personally consider the use of COLLATERAL DAMAGE as an acceptable practice as being a particularly evil thing. Collateral Damage should be accidental, not knowingly risked.
And I say that as an ethical hacker in training, coming from a programming and IT background.
