All of the “colored revolutions”, instilled by the Goerge Soros' Open Society Foundation had this black fist logo. Here is Serbian example:

White supremacists use the same symbol only inversed:
I'm not well versed enough to speak about the color revolutions and relation to the symbology. However this is a classic symbol of resistance and represents oppressed people. If people are misusing it, then that means we should use it MORE to reclaim it's actual meaning.
