One important factor here is the work and message of Wim Hof, using Tibetan breathework and cold immersion to modulate and empower the immune system organically. This kind of approach (while not yet perfectly balanced) is a major kick in the balls to the empire builders.

Oh yes, most people have a huge pool of unprocessed and denied rage, terror and panic that needs acceptance now. I like Wim Hof but having dealt with his team a bit and met with continuing denial as to the deeper truth of emotional processing - I can't recommend them other than as a starting point. The best source of information I know of on this issue is here. It's a huge topic, but the key point here is that we all contain unrecognised denial which means that even when we think we have discovered a seemingly revolutionary step for humanity, our denials can still take us down. These books offer the only path I have found to understanding this and healing it. <3
Yes, denial is a big deal! For me this started with substance abuse.. awareness is only the first step.

Most people have a variety of ways of trying to hold down real feelings, ranging from drugs through to mental control and many other distractions. The more we notice what we have been blocking out, the more we can understand who we are and what we are becoming.
