At least 11 people were killed in a fire at a hotel on the Black Sea coast in Georgia. More than 21 injured The hotel was supposed to be in the grand finale of the Miss Georgia contest.
The fire broke out at Leograd Hotel and Casino in Batumi city, 350 kilometers from the capital Tbilisi on Friday (November 24th).
Central Interior Minister Giorgi Gokharia said that the first fire started on one floor of a 22-story hotel. Later it spread on the other floor. All who died, all of them have died, they are breathed into the smoke.
