I get down votes, more since the change.
I've never used a bid bot.... I don't even know how.
The people that down vote me never say why. My posts aren't always stellar, but they are not controversial either and the down votes are on those I have made very little on as well as those I have done better on.
I guess like every society, there are some sad people who just like being mean to others.... just because they can.
Fortunately, there are also many nice people here who have been very kind to me and it does far outweigh the random meaness.
I'm glad you find nice people. Sometimes tagging people who downvote you can get a reply, but not if it's just a troll account.
