You were supposed to be the year that'd put me in places I had never achieved ever before. But you had to be a giant Amorphophallus Titanum and ruin it, didn't you?
If anything, you broke the perfectionist brewing inside me. There are always going to be things that are unaccounted for and can never be controlled. No amount of planning, risk management, or foreseeing is good enough. There'll always be something to twist the Bifora Testiculata out of it.
Thank you 22 for letting me help so many people. I had believed it'd be years before I could be in any position to help people apart from my profession. But you made my dreams come true. I have helped so many people. I brought peace to families' hearts and smiles to the distraught's faces. Who's had the last laugh, huh? I bet you look like Rubus Cockburnianus right about now, 22.
Thank you 22 for showing me how many good people there are around the world. Good enough to be ranked with angels. So many so that my entire perspective of the general population has been challenged. Thank you for showing me how many people there are in the world who really care and truly want the best for other humans- strangers or friends.
Thank you 22 for making me smile so much. You showed me there isn't time for tears or regret - only time for results. Even when I lost everything I only thought about how to make it all again. When others lost everything I only thought about making them smile. When my dad died all I thought about was making sure the rest of the family never feels his void.
Thank you 22 for making me smile and laugh so much that everyone at least once has questioned if I am in fact a victim of the war or not. Some called the bluff, many did not. Thank you 22 for making me insanely positive. Thank you 22 for filling my smiles with strength. Thank you 22 for bringing the world together against evil.
