Australian Senator Fraser Anning, who reacted with the statements he made about a mosque attack in New Zealand, was protesting and breaking an egg.
A 17-year-old, who was seen with a camera in his hand at the time the Senator made a statement, broke the egg on the other hand at the head of the politician. Anning, who slapped the young man in the face of this situation, took the security forces into custody.
The Queensland Senator criticized the immigration policy of New Zealand and claimed that the attack was a sign of growing fear of Muslims in society.
A petition was launched for the removal of his position from the politician who made a big reaction. The campaign was signed by 265 thousand people in only 24 hours. On Saturday morning Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison also condemned Anning's statements.
