Yesterday I posted about my 4 Year Anniversary on the STEEM/HIVE platform.

So I decided to celebrate this event by creating my first ever NFT on the HIVE dAPP called @NFTTunz.

Fun fact! This track was never posted on my SoundCloud/Spotify page etc because at the time
I was heavily involved in the EDM scene and I was shopping around this track to be released with a notable EDM record label at the time. However, after many backs and forth, dealing with communication issues, I decided to release this project exclusively on STEEM.it/HIVE since I believed in the future and the potential of the platform, so I figured it would be a great way to introduce myself to the people here and fully immerse myself in a crypto-related community.

By obtaining this NFT you are essentially given a contract to use this track for any business/personal related reasons

The only exception is YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REPACKAGE THIS SONG AND SELL IT AS YOUR OWN.

But if you want to use this for your upcoming promotional video for business or maybe your youtube vlog outro, etc. As long as you hold one of the NFTs minted on NFTtunz, you're good to go.

I will also give you a follow on my personal social media account (IG), which doesn't seem like much but for those who don't know, I manage social media accounts for multiple brands as my full-time job. (@psyberx being one of them, you guys should totally check them out!) So I use my social media accounts very cautiously, with intention. I don't follow that many accounts so I can limit distractions so consider this as direct access to me whenever you want to talk about something. (life, business opportunities, or any random topic you want to talk about)

Also, by purchasing this NFT, you're helping me partially fund two projects that I am currently working on.

• The first is my upcoming 4 track EP titled "Digital Love". You will be helping me fund the project for production costs for Studio Sessions/Music Video/Songwriters/Marketing Campaign/Graphic Artists. In return, you will be whitelisted and airdropped a 1:1 NFT token for 10,000 NFT membership project that will be dropping along with the "Digital Love" release that will give you shared streaming royalties to the music along with other exclusive perks such as behind the scenes/tutorials, etc. The expected time of the release of Digital Love is around Q2 2022. • The second project that I am working on is called "Create Your Artist/CYA" which is a social/educational platform empowering all creative creators(Music/Film/Graphic Artists/Photography/Animation...ETC Any creative skills you can think of), giving them a place to learn, showcase their work and collaborate with others. (Think Netflix for creatives with Reddit/HIVE-like social structure. Similar to Skillshare but on a web 3.0 platform) I want to hire many notable instructors in the industry to provide the educational content for the platform and I will also need to hire coders to develop the app/website for the brand. I also want to create a token that will incentivize learning and sharing your creative work and a marketplace where you will be able to use the token to support other creators, to purchase any assets like photos/videos/music for your business. This is a more ambitious project that will take at least 2 to 3 years to materialize so if this is a project that interests you and want to get involved in please let me know in the comments down below.

Happy Anniversary, 4 years that is quite a while. That is long enough to earn a degree. From the 4 years, what is your biggest takeaway?

Thank you!

1. Consistency is key, small incremental improvements over time (There's a Japanese philosophy called "Kaizen")
2. Post about what you love and share your passion with other people. Do it for the love of the game, and the results will follow.
   And lastly, the most important one is
3. NETWORK! Do not underestimate the power of the HIVE community, there are lots of cool projects happening right now on this network and it is your chance to get in early and contribute to the growth of the project.
